INVITING OBJECTIONS/COMMENTS

in respect of Draft PSERC(Appointment and Service Conditions of Employee)

Regulations, 2012

1. The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to frame the PSERC (Appointment and Service Conditions of Employee) Regulations, 2012.
2. Background paper alongwith Draft Regulations is available on the web-site of the Commission at the address ‘pserc.nic.in” and can be down-loaded there from.
3. Objections/Comments are invited from the general public and organizations in respect of the proposed Regulations.
4. Comments/objections may be sent to the undersigned at the address mentioned above so as to reach the Commission on or before 27^th September, 2012.
