INVITING OBJECTIONS/COMMENTS

In respect of ‘Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Power Purchase and Procurement Process of Licensee) Regulations, 2012’.

1. The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission proposes to frame the PSERC (Power Purchase and Procurement Process of Licensee) Regulations, 2012’).
2. Draft Regulations is available on the web-site of the Commission at the address ‘pserc.nic.in” and can be down-loaded there from.
3. Objections/Comments are invited from the general public and organizations in respect of the proposed Regulations.
4. Comments/objections may be sent to the undersigned at the address mentioned above so as to reach the Commission on or before 8^th October, 2012.
