ORDER

It is stated in the petition that PSIDC has put up the Company (PACL) for dis-investment. The petitioner may be one of the bidders as and when the dis-investment process is started. Thus at present the petitioner is in no way connected with the management and ownership of PACL. In this view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as pre-mature with liberty to file fresh petition as and when the petitioner gets some right to file the petition.
