This petition was filed by M/s. Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited (TEIL) for directing the Board to execute the PPA in pursuance of the order dated 8th April 2003, passed by the Commission in Petitions No.6 to 13 of 2002. Notice of motion was issued by the Commission on July 15, 2004. The petition was adjourned sine die by the Commission in its order of 2nd August 2004 as PEDA requested for time to approach PSEB and the State Government for the purpose. Thereafter PSEB filed Petition No.10 of 2006 for approval of PPA to be entered into between TEIL and the Board. With the filing of Petition No.10 of 2006 this petition (Petition No.11 of 2004) has clearly become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
