NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

Public Notices inviting comments/suggestions on the Staff Paper for adoption of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms & Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2012 (with State specific modifications) and Determination/Fixation of generic levellised Tariff for various renewable energy technologies for the year 2012-13 were published in various newspapers on 14.4.2012. The Commission will be holding a Public Hearing in this connection on 8.6.2012 at 11.30 A.M. in the office of the Commission. Persons/organizations interested in presenting their views/suggestions in the matter before the Commission are invited to participate.
