Mr. H.C. Sood has stated that the Petition may be disposed off as not pressed as the cost of fuel surcharge claimed by the Board in the Petition has already been allowed by the Commission in full under the Tariff Order passed by it on September 6, 2002 on the ARR for the year 2002-03. We accordingly order disposal of the Petition as not pressed for.
