Shri Pankaj Gupta appearing on the behalf of the petitioner has stated that the relief claimed in the petition has been granted. This petition is disposed of accordingly. The Commission will however separately consider the need to frame Regulations regarding release of connections to colonies being privately developed and other similar categories.
